Anna has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from Temple University. Anna completed her Music Together® teacher training in the summer of 2006, after a career of over fifteen years in the public school in Philadelphia.  Anna has two sons 34 and 24 and they continue to incorporate music in their own lives.  Anna finds that she is a good match with  Music Togethers' philosophy and goals. in August of 2009, Anna was awarded Music Together Certification Level I, and Certification Level II in 2015 for she demonstrated achievement in teaching, musicianship, program philosophy, and parent education. The awards were granted by the Center for Music and Young Children in Princeton, NJ.  Music is to be shared. Music is for everyone.  Anna's own background of music started in childhood, supported from both sides of her family.  She has always felt privileged and humbled to teach the very young and to be a model for parents.  Adults in particular have found Anna to be stimulating and insightful. The energy and love she brings to her lessons are contagious, her manner is warm and welcoming.  Art and music are always present in her life and she feels strongly about sharing her love for music to small children and to the adults who love them.

Sam received her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Rowan University and went on to earn her Master of Music degree in Music Education from Temple University. Along with being registered Music Together teacher, she works as an elementary band and 2nd grade general music teacher in Galloway Township, NJ. She completed her Music Together teacher training in July 2010. In August of 2012, Sam was awarded Music Together Certification Level  I, having demonstrated outstanding achievement in teaching, musicianship, program philosophy, and parent education. Sam also teaches a course at Rowan University about child music development to pre-service teachers.

Sam loves to play the flute, and her flute often appears in class, especially at lullaby time. Sam loves teaching Music Together on Sunday mornings, and she is looking forward to sharing her love of music with young children and their families!

A native Spanish speaker, born in Venezuela in a talented musical family, music and singing has been her greatest passion.  She has taken the stage several times in different countries along her mother, Maria Teresa Chacin, Venezuela's famous folk singer, winner of a Latin Grammy.  Maria was also part of a group that specialized on singing to kids in major events in her country.  All her elementary up to high school was in School dedicated to music, where she was part of the Choir.  She majored in International Studies from Central University in Venezuela, working in embassies earlier in her career and later in Financial Institutions leveraging her relationship skills.
She has recorded several songs, including one in “Cantacuentos” that won the Latin Grammy in category of “Best Children’s Music Album”.  She plays the Venezuelan Cuatro, a four strings instrument, similar to the ukulele.  She enjoys working with kids, as she was also a camp counselor in the US and in her native country.  She loves photography, and let’s not forget that she is a full time PTA Mom of two kids, which have taken on the stage with her as well.
